$100.00

Join me for an afternoon of getting your hands clean (its a sudsy process), as you learn the ancient art of wet felting! Open to all skill levels, wet felting has been around for thousands of years, and is the original way fabric was made.

More than that, felting is a tactile craft, that gets you into your body and out of your head. You will make a Wool Chip Pie using pre-made merino wool ‘chips’ in a wide range of colours and sizes. Play with colours and shapes, soap up some wool, and watch the magic happen, as tufts of wool shaped by your hands, fuse together and become one cohesive piece!

We will gather at Northlore, located in the Exchange District at 75 Albert Street. Northlore crafts small batch, sustainable body care products on the very same table where we will be rubbing our wool! The whole place smells completely invigorating and fresh, and is a lovely place to spend the afternoon.

All materials and tools will be provided to be used for the afternoon, and you will get to take home a handmade, wool piece that you can proudly display in your home however you choose!

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. :)
